El Carrizal is one of the oldest farms in the Fraijanes area. It has grown to its current size of 31 hectares, which also has alongside fruit trees and trees for wood production grown alongside.
Although El Carrizal is characterized by the Typica, Bourbon & Caturra varieties, this choice has a variety of three others too, giving it real uniqueness and versatility.
After being sundried on patios, it’s then processed through a small wet mill which is also part of this microlot.
A wonderful coffee-lover’s coffee with a tangerine-like sweetness and clean finish. A true accompaniment for your easy Sunday morning.
