Espirito Santo Blend coffees are a collection of day lots from 5 to 30 small farm holders. The option to combine their small yields allows us to buy as much coffee as possible from smaller producers.
This region was originally only known for its Robusta production. However, over just two decades, Espirito Santo’s reputation has transformed drastically which is testament to the hard work and innovation of the families who produce Arabica in the region.
One of our smoothest and creamiest espressos to date.
Add some milk, and we get a hint of canteen choccy sponge cake.
This coffee is very forgiving to dial in. From “under” to “over extracted” shots, they’ve all been surprisingly delicious. So you barely need to be awake to impress yourself, and we all need a bit of that.
