As a country of origin Colombia is an Odd Kin original, since that first batch we roasted 3 years ago we’ve loved exploring the riches it has to offer.

This single varietal from Jairo Arcila shows that Colombian coffees don't have to be boring and samey, which is what we love about it.

Having been produced in the Quindio region of Colombia, the Tabi varietal boasts interesting flavours and a soft, velvety body.  It’s another tasty creation from the team at Santa Monica farm, with Jairo at the helm. A cross between Timor Hybrid, Bourbon & Typica, now known as Tabi, it is a new unique varietal of coffee. We owe this bean to Jairo Arcila who runs his farm, Santa Monica with his family.

🇨🇴 A bit more about this Colombian coffee:

Jairo's children own the importing business, Cofinet, who we have started working very closely with. Jairo has expanded to 5 farms after opening his original farm in 1987. He loves exploring new and interesting ways to process his coffees, as well as cross breeding hybrid varietals. And all with the support from his sons, it truly is a family affair!
