We’re ringing in the Dragon Year with our suitably proud release from Yunnan, China.

Fuyan has frequently produced some of the highest Q scoring coffees in Yunnan, and this particular farm owned by Mrs. Na and Mr. Li, is a prime example of some of the finest this area has to offer.

Grown in a mountain range of 1700-1800 MASL, the Fuyan Farm has an ideal environment for a number of other agricultural and husbandry activities, such as chicken, fish, pigs, wild orchids and even Chinese herbs.

Naturally processed, this coffee has a playful bounce to it as any dragon should.

Expect a high candy-like sweetness, floral back notes and a smooth finish.
