A 50/50 split of caffeinated and decaf coffee beans

Plum Jam, Dark Chocolate, Brazil Nut

Introducing our very first Half Caf coffee SloMo!

Unlike most Half Cafs, ours is a single origin from the Popayán region of Colombia.

A 50/50 split of natural decaf and washed caf, it’s a roast that offers the best of both worlds.

Whether you’re looking to enjoy a balanced morning cup, or need an afternoon pick-me-up that won’t keep you up all night, SloMo delivers.

Half of the beans have undergone the environmentally-friendly Sugarcane E.A. decaffeination process, while the remaining half embarked on a journey through the washing mill.

🇨🇴 Origin Background:

Meseta de Popayán is perfectly suited to growing speciality coffee.

Its prime position in the Andean mountain range provides top-notch climatic consistency, helping coffee cherries thrive.

The small group of producers working in this region of Colombia represents our green importers' longest-standing partnership.

Having worked with these growers since their inception, Cofinet has ensured a sustainable pricing system for producers, offering 20% premiums above market price.
