This honey processed coffee is a deliciously sweet and complex alternative to your standard washed sister.

Grown in the south-west area of Colombia, the weather conditions are particularly ideal for growing coffee. Lower temperatures for cherry growth means a higher concentration of sugars during ripening. This, along with the honey processed fermentation, allow these bold, sweet characteristics to really come alive.

Sticky sweet, a bright acidity, and a balanced cup. We’ve chosen to roast this coffee for most brew methods giving you the opportunity to get really creative.

🇨🇴 A bit more about this Colombian coffee:

This coffee is a grown in rural Nariño by a group of smallholders. Most of the farmers in this area are part of an indigenous reserve known as Aponte. Participants of this community started creating honey-processed coffees in 2018.

They process relatively low volumes of their coffees with this method, which allows them to really refine quality and consistency. Emphasising the already nuanced flavours produced from the ideal growth environment.
